In addition to the very high demand for COVID-19 related products, the volume of calls and email inquiries have significantly increased. We are requesting that you only email inquiries to sales@harthealth.com instead of calling. This will allow our Customer Service team to expedite your requests. Thank you for your understanding and patience through these challenging times.

As mentioned previously, all orders with COVID-19 related products will be reviewed and quantities will be allocated based on previous purchase history and current stock on hand. Backordered quantities will be canceled. Allocated quantities are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

COVID-19 related products include but are not limited to: respirator masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, alcohol products, disinfecting and cleansing products, safety glasses, thermometers, isolation gowns and other infection control related products as well as any first aid stations or kits that contain these items.

Lastly, due to the high volume of orders, processing time for orders may take up to 48 hours.
